Naturalisation submission requiring an international evidence and authority system connecting historical records, civil and religious registries, archives, Consulates, Embassies, authentication requirements and formal submission pathways.

01OBSERVE
The project began as document collection for a naturalisation submission, but the actual pathway crossed generations, jurisdictions and institutions, with evidence held by civil and religious registries, historical archives and diplomatic or administrative authorities.
02UNDERSTAND
The investigation showed that success depended on a continuous evidentiary chain rather than the quantity of documents collected. Records had to be assessed for identity, chronology, provenance, legal usefulness and authentication, while different authorities controlled different parts of the process. An unforeseen civil-record complication introduced an additional evidentiary and legal question whose effect had to be assessed against the wider proof chain and formal submission route. It created further legal requirements rather than a simple missing-document problem.
03IMPROVE
The case was reorganised around proof requirements and authority rather than around documents alone. A master chronology, evidence register, dependencies, authority map, correspondence record, authentication route and submission sequence created one controlled pathway from historical evidence to formal filing.
04ADVANCE
Institutional responses now update the roadmap and determine the next formal action. Documentary work has expanded beyond archive collection into administrative and legal routes where required, while the wider case remains structured so one unresolved issue does not obscure the complete evidentiary chain.
CURRENT POSITION
The application depends on a continuous and defensible evidentiary chain, and some documentary complications create additional legal requirements rather than simple collection tasks.
Records, institutional requirements, authentication, correspondence, legal dependencies and formal submission steps have been organised into one international evidence and authority roadmap.
The documentary architecture and submission pathway are established and active. Collection, authentication, formal processing and additional legal requirements continue through defined authority routes and accountable next steps.
