Over the past 15 years, I have worked across financial audit and ombudsman services, hospitality, operations, process development and consulting — often in situations where the visible problem was only part of what was happening.

HEXCOM was built from that experience: combining structured analysis with practical judgement, connecting scattered information across people, processes, systems and commercial realities, and probing where others tend to stop.

That perspective has been shaped across Brazil, Australia, Norway and the United Arab Emirates — different countries, working environments and ways of communicating.
